About Me.
I help organisations turn insight into strategy. With a background in product strategy, service design, and research, I bridge the gap between user needs and business goals - shaping roadmaps, prioritising features, and guiding teams to build products that matter. I’ve worked across industries from energy and finance to retail and government, always focused on creating evidence-driven solutions that deliver real impact.

My approach blends design thinking, systems mapping, and evidence-based strategy. I’ve applied methods spanning:

I use a flexible toolkit including Figma, Miro, Dovetail, Maze, UserTesting, Qualtrics, Excel, and Python/R for data analysis, adapting tools to context rather than process for its own sake.
